Mesh Gates

Sonic Doors and Gates is a family owned and operated company.

The costs for a wire mesh gate are manageable, especially for large land and areas that need to be gated. Furthermore, this gate is easy to maintain and in the example shown particularly fast and easy to assemble. The welded wire mesh is easily attached to the posts with clips.

The choice of a suitable gate for a garden depends on the use and purpose we need, and on the basis of the type of material used to determine the cost. In fact, depending on what we must obtain, we can offer a series of simple and functional and long-lasting costs to gate a private garden and have a free estimate and the cost of the gate.

Whether it is to delimit a border, or to protect the property also from the intrusion of unwanted animals, or even to take care of your privacy, Sonic Doors and Gates deals with the assembly and installation of garden gates and the solutions adopted differ, both in the structure than in the use of materials. The gate for garden is constructed with both dissolved mesh network, either by wooden gates or with modular panels.

Obviously, the height of the structure also depends on the type of purpose of the gate, therefore the creation of an external gate for the garden must have a height of up to two meters to avoid climbing over it, or even 5 or 6 meters in the case of sports fields.

We first define the course of the gate and mark it, including the exact position of all the posts, with stakes and a taut guideline (distance between the posts between 2.5 and 3 m). Then we dig the foundation holes using a shovel, an extractor or a drill (about 40 to 50 centimeters deep).

We insert pole after pole, the visible height of the pole must be seven centimeters above the height of the gate. Align the poles exactly (spirit level) and stabilize them with a temporary support structure. Now fill the holes with concrete up to the top edge of the ground and compact it (print it vigorously). With the system shown in the example, make sure that the mounting rails on the posts always face outward (with the corner posts rotated 45 degrees).

The lateral struts on the uprights for stabilization are necessary once for each initial and final upright and twice for each corner and intermediate upright (every 25 m). Slide the clamp on the pole and fix it with a screw. We lay the gate grid and fix it to the posts with the clips: insert the clips in special pliers and fix to each horizontal wire. For corner posts, you need to stretch the wire mesh with a tension fork and then position the clips.
