Usually the existing see through gates, which were not prepared for automation, are very heavy, as it does not take into account the service performed by the engine, but by the hand of man. But as time goes by, these gates start to get heavy, compromising the life of the engine, the electronic control unit and all the internal parts of the gearbox. When the gate is automated, the engine adds a mechanical strain on the gate, greater than the effort exerted by manual opening. It starts by burning the control center, which is over-requested with an extra load of electric current. It ends up destroying the mechanisms of the motor reducer and its own electrical winding.

When we are going to automate a gate that has been operating for a long time without automation, before we automate this gate, we do a complete overhaul of it. If necessary, we add new casters, a new rail, guides and stops. On this occasion, the gate is fully aligned.
